Damn Man Flu!
Haven't been running for a week. My throat batters, my head aches, and to top it off, I have to attend some of the lads' leaving do tomorrow!!!
I'm missing the running, but hopefully I'll be out and about at the weekend and get myself back into it.
Well still no fags, and still no cravings. Tomorrows drinking session will be a challenge, but bring it on I say!
